At Donna Stewart Art, every artwork is created with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is unique, **all sales are final**. However, we understand that damage can sometimes occur during shipping, and we will make every effort to resolve such cases fairly.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available if your artwork arrives **damaged during shipping**. To be eligible for a refund:
- You must contact us at contact@donnastewart.art within **7 days** of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
2. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Original artwork and prints that arrive undamaged.
- Custom commissions (unless damaged in shipping).
- Gift cards or digital items (if any are sold in the future).
4. Exchanges
Because each artwork is one-of-a-kind, we do not offer exchanges. If damage occurs, a refund or replacement (if available) will be discussed individually.
