We take great care in packaging and shipping each piece of artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Below are our standard shipping terms and expectations.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship **only within the United States**. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are typically shipped via **FedEx Ground** or another comparable carrier. We reserve the right to use different carriers based on location or order size.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are **included in the listed product price**, unless otherwise stated. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees during checkout.
4. Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within **3–5 business days** of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Custom commissions will have separate timelines agreed upon before work begins.
5. Tracking and Delivery
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or other delivery issues beyond our control.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@donnastewart.art within **7 days** of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with you to arrange a return and issue a refund as described in our Refund Policy.
